Commercial vehicle manufacturer Tata Motors launched the all-new range of the Tata Winger BS6 on Wednesday, in association with its sole authorized distributor, Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd, Nepal. The latter will support sales and service through its nationwide network, a company statement said.

Built on a ‘Premium Tough’ design philosophy, the Tata Winger BS6 has a range of applications which include cargo, school, personnel and tour and travel.

Commenting on the launch, Anurag Mehrotra, Vice President, International Business & Strategy, Commercial Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors said: “Tata Winger BS6 is an ideal vehicle for customers looking for cost efficiency and lower total cost of ownership (TCO) inferior. We remain certain of the dedication and zeal with which Sipradi Trading Pvt. ltd. will begin sales and service for the all new Winger BS6, continuing the support they have extended for many decades.

Tata Winger BS6 is powered by the 2.2 liter DiCOR engine. It also offers an ECO switch and Gear Shift Advisor which helps increase fuel efficiency.

“The Tata Winger is a suitable multi-utility vehicle with great potential in the Nepalese market, and we are confident that it will be highly appreciated by Nepalese citizens,” added Siddhartha SJB Rana, Executive Chairman, Sipradi Trading Pvt. ltd.

The Winger’s 25.8% grade capability makes maneuvering on steep slopes and overflights a breeze. Additionally, the Winger’s independent front suspension with anti-roll bars and hydraulic dampers ensure a smooth ride, as does its monocoque body design, which ensures car-like driving dynamics and low noise levels. , vibration and harshness (NVH).

The Winger School is also equipped with an efficient braking system with ABS to ensure safe driving.

It offers a high payload capacity of 1680 kg and a large loading area of ​​3240x1640x1900 mm, TAMO said.
