Middletown Police have charged a 15-year-old Middletown man with reckless endangerment, common assault and harassment. It is alleged that on 07/14/2022 at 1:30 p.m. at 200 Blk of W Main St, the miner shot two other miners with an “Orbeez” gun, causing pain and injury.

On 7/16/2022 MPD was sent to 100 Blk of S Union St for a disruption. After an investigation, police charged Christina Norman, 36, of Philadelphia, with threatening terrorism and simple assault. Police allege Norman threatened someone she knew with a knife. She was arrested and arraigned at the Dauphin County Reservation Center.

Middletown Police have charged Ismael Rodriguez, 35, of Londonderry Twsp, with retail theft. It is alleged that on 7/15/2022 at 8:28 p.m., Rodriguez picked up groceries from the Giant store at 450 E Main St and left without paying.

Middletown Police have charged Angel Batista-Polanco, 24, of Middletown with disorderly conduct (M3) and discharging a firearm in the borough. It is alleged that on 7/4/2022 at 10:31 p.m., Batista fired multiple times into the ground with a legally detained firearm at the rear of the Pineford Apartments in connection with his 4th of July action.e celebrations. During this investigation, police found marijuana and drug paraphernalia and charged Kevin Mesa, 25, of Middletown, with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

On 2022-07-11 at 2010 PM, MPD stopped a vehicle at 100 Blk of State St that was determined to be stolen in Alabama. A search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Police have charged the driver of the vehicle, Michael Mroz, 52, of Middletown, with receiving stolen property, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and arraigned at Dauphin County Central Booking. Police charged the passenger in the vehicle, Pamela Coy, 48, of Middletown, with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Middletown police have charged a 15-year-old Steelton man with aggravated assault. It is alleged that on 7/11/2022 at 1:15 p.m., the man assaulted a 12-year-old Middletown boy in the Genesis Court recreation yard. The 12-year-old victim was punched several times resulting in a concussion. The case was referred to Dauphin County Juvenile Probation.

On 7/11/2022 at 4:08 p.m., police were dispatched to the auto zone lot at 425 East Main St. A passerby observed an individual rolling what appeared to be a marijuana cigarette into a parked white vehicle. After the arrival and investigation, police charged a 16-year-old Harrisburg male with possession of marijuana.
