Kapil Sharma warned for breach of contract with North America


A lawsuit has been filed against comedian Kapil Sharma for breaching his North American tour contract in 2015.

According to a new report, Sai USA Inc has filed a lawsuit because Kapil was paid for six shows, but he only performed five. The comedian had said he would pay for the loss, the report said.

Sai USA Inc, a New Jersey-based entertainment powerhouse run by Amit Jaitly on its Facebook page, shared a report on the case with the caption, “SAI USA INC FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST KAPIL SHARMA FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT in 2015.”

According to a Times of India report, Amit said Kapil pledged to make up for the loss. He said Kapil did not play and did not respond although we tried several times to contact him in court. According to the report, the case is pending in a New York court. Sai USA Inc said it will definitely take legal action against him.

Currently, the comedian is touring North America with his team from The Kapil Sharma Show for their show Kapil Sharma Live. So far Kapil along with Sumona Chakravarti, Rajiv Thakur, Kiku Sharda, Chandan Prabhakar and Krushna Abhishek have performed in Vancouver and Toronto.

Giving her fans a sneak peek of her tour, Kapil shared photos and videos on Instagram. Recently, he posted a video where he showed off his English skills and joked that his team member didn’t know the language.

The comedian also posted photos of himself enjoying a drink on Instagram. and captioned the post, “Hello friends pee juice lo.” Kapil also shared videos from his city tour.

The comedian also shared a candid video on Instagram in which he went out for a ride in the jeep but discovered the vehicle was left out in the open in the rain. Her fans and colleagues mocked her English in the video.

The comedian finished his show, The Kapil Sharma Show, before the tour. The final episode aired on June 5, and the next season of the show will be announced once the team returns from North America.
