DECLARATION OF DEATH: Douglas Cooper, of Idaho, died of natural causes.

DECLARATION OF FRAUD: City – Subject issued counterfeit invoice for goods. The investigation is continuing.

REPORTING OF DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: City – the parties have agreed to part ways for the day.

ATTEMPTED SUICIDE REPORT: Subject was transported to hospital by ambulance.

REPORT OF A WELL-BEING CHECK: City – subject has been successfully located and verified.

REPORTING SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: City – the area was checked and nothing was found.

ACCIDENT REPORT: Town – Tina Harmon, of Ely, hit a vehicle as she parked.

ACCIDENT REPORT: Town – Frank Ulibarri, of Ely, stopped in front of a vehicle driven by John Sandoval, which he then hit.

REPORT OF A WELL-BEING CHECK: Subject has been successfully located and verified.

REPORTING SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES: Town – two minors allegedly got into an unknown vehicle at a local school. He was later discovered by a family member.

REPORT OF A WELL-BEING CHECK: Subject has been successfully located and verified.

CIVIL MATTERS REPORT: The declaring party wanted it documented to have a property boundary issue.

REPORT OF A THIEF AT THE WORKSHOP: City – the subject received a citation and introduced himself to the company.

REPORT OF A WELL-BEING CHECK: Subject has been successfully located and verified.

BATTLE REPORT: Ville – once located, the subjects had ceased to fight. Both were intruders on the business where the fight took place.

ACCIDENT REPORT: Town – the reporting party claimed to have hit a deer.

REPORTING OF DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: Maranda DeJesus, 28, of Ruth, was arrested for domestic assault.

REPORTING OF DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: City – the journalist claimed to have been beaten by her teenage son. The victim showed signs of a battery. The minor was taken into custody without incident.

REPORTING A JUVENILE PROBLEM: City – the reporting party claimed minors were in her son’s car while it was parked at a local school.

DRUG STATEMENT: Town – a student from a local school was found in possession of a controlled substance. The subject was released to a guardian and a report was submitted to juvenile probation.

REPORTING A JUVENILE PROBLEM: City – the reporting party reported an issue with two minors harassing their child at school. The incident was handled with the school.

DECLARATION OF AN UNATTENDED DEATH: Josephine Ashcraft died at her resident’s home of natural causes.

ARREST REPORT: City – Mark Ferguson, 35, of Ely, turned himself in after confessing to stealing several electronic items from his workplace.

DECLARATION OF AN UNATTENDED DEATH: Bonnie Gardner died at home of natural causes.

REPORTING A SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT: City – the subject was gone when the deputies arrived.

REPORTING A SUSPICIOUS SUBJECT: City – subject has been successfully located and verified.

REPORTING OF DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE: City – subjects were contacted and claimed to have only argued. They separated for the night.

REPORTING AN UNINTENDED DRIVER: City – the vehicle was not located.
